In March, the Center relaunched the Collaborative Research Service (CRS), which provides researchers access to specialized genomics and informatics workflows developed by Center for Precision Medicine faculty and staff.
Unlike core services offered elsewhere on campus, this service is focused on research workflows developed, optimized and run by members within the Center, enabling our community to benefit from each other’s expertise.
Researchers can access workflows related to sequencing technologies, metagenomics, DNA epigenetic profiling, and liquid biopsy research. Assistant Director of the Center, Jackie McHugh, and Eddie Dominguez, PhD are the administrative and scientific leads for CRS, respectively.
