Collaborative Research Service

The Center for Precision Medicine has developed a Collaborative Research Service to provide access to key genomics and informatics research workflows that draw on the expertise of our resident faculty and team members. These non-clinical workflows have been developed and/or optimized by our faculty, and are implemented by staff with expertise for any collaborative project.

Current workflows offered include:

• Sequencing technologies (Illumina short-read, Nanopore long-read and Ultima short-read sequencing)
• Metagenomic sequencing, enrichment and analysis
• Plasma DNA whole genome sequencing and fragmentomics
• Bioinformatics
• RNA-seq

 

Located in WIMR Wedge 2741
Conveniently located  next to the University Hospital and the Health Science Learning Center.
