Hailee Porter and Senator Tammy Baldwin discuss priority areas of research and care

Hailee Porter, a member of Kratz Lab, met with Senator Tammy Baldwin in August to discuss the future of training, research and care at the University of Wisconsin. Alongside Dean Nita Ahuja, MD, MBA, and several additional UW School of Medicine and Public Health (UWSMPH) students, Porter contributed to dialogue that centered around UWSMPH’s priority areas of focus, including personalized cancer treatments and theranostics, Alzheimer’s disease and brain health, and rural health.
