The Center for Precision Medicine has developed a Collaborative Research Service to provide access to key genomics and informatics research workflows that draw on expertise of our resident faculty and team members. These non-clinical workflows have been developed and/or optimized by our faculty, and are implemented by staff with expertise for any new collaborative projects.
Current workflows offered include:
- Sequencing technologies (Illumina short-read, Nanopore long-read and Ultima short-read sequencing)
- Metagenomic sequencing, enrichment and analysis
- DNA epigenomic profiling (ATAC-seq and CUT&Tag)
- Plasma DNA whole genome sequencing and fragmentomics
Located in WIMR Wedge 2741
Conveniently located next to the University Hospital and the Health Science Learning Center.
